Then it goes on to explain how to bring it into Flash with an Alpha Channel. Use your imagination. There are many more applications than just talking heads.

Drawing and Animating a Character in Flash

This is a great presentation! Artist/animator Chris Georgenes creates a character from scratch using flash drawing tools. Click on "Watch the presentation" but be prepared to spend some time. The show is 1 hour but a great Flash tip every minute: Macromedia - Developer Center : Drawing and Animating a Character in Flash. If you survived the first one, here is another on "Lip-Syncing" in Flash. Not as densely packed with tips as the first IMHO but a great tutorial.
